you're doing great brother. we are all getting older. takes a little more effort and or time to do the stuff we used to roll out of bed to do. i can't believe i used to go out and party all night and then get up early to work a full day and fish the afternoon, but i used to do that all summer when i was a kid. the key is to put all your milage on your body doing stuff you love to do. i'm sure it feels like work sometimes but you're living the dream.

I hear you mate! Definetly age slows things down for sure, being on top of health and trying our best to steer clear from stress and injuries will help long jeopardy! Moving around a lot is hard to keep a lot of this stuff in check! Especially with diet, if you don't have your own place to cook meals then it's tough! Because most countries take out foods are never great! Packed with bad oils and sugars. Getting sick before, during and even after the Mex and USA trip was not ideal hahaha. But yeah onwards and upwards right! Take care mate! Cheers
