Probably. My husband has a friend who has lived in Japan for a few years and she has told us that a majority of places that make, serve or sell food/drinks/etc are extremely clean. If you ask, most will probably their inspection paperwork and some get inspected multiple times a year where here in America, it’s usually once a year. Also the Japanese tend to be a very clean and orderly people.
