Ok. The meat has no seasoning, the eggs had no seasoning, the shredded bread had no seasoning. it's thin so I guessing they think the sauce is going to provide all the flavor. This whole technique to make the cutlet crispy just to put a wet sauce on top defeats the purpose. That would have to be some of the best sauce on the planet, if not, this is a pretty looking crunchy flavorless dish.
