Probably because RWBY has gone drastically downhill and is caked in controversies now lol. Early RWBY may not have looked the greatest, but those days were so... different. Despite how RWBY's image has been lately, and despite how I don't care for the show (not my cup of tea tbh!), a part of me feels a little nostalgic seeing this new Alvin episode. It reminds me of those wholesome days.

Idk where you live, but hit up a Japanese market my guy. Not as hard or expensive to get as you might think. Always going to be cheaper than big box stores. My Korean food game has vastly improved since we started shopping where I can't read the labels, and folks are often happy to help and provide advice :)

I love how this universe shows that sometimes you can't do everything yourself in the kitchen. Just a heads up on that soft boiled egg timing: if you're at higher elevations, boiling 6.5 minutes won't get you a jammy yolk, or even a set white. I'm at 1,300 m (4,400 ft), and don't get my whites to set unless I boil the eggs for at least 8 minutes. If you're not sure, try boiling some eggs for different times, especially if you're serving to others.

This looks awesome. One of the problems with making giant bowl of ramen is that if the noodles stay in the broth for too long, they will get soggy, so maybe undercook the noodles if you’re going to try this at home.
