Good for you!! Giant Tiger and No Frills became my favourite during pandemic. They stepped up, while other grocery stores, including Walmart, raised their prices. I've even bought some nice clothes bat Giant Tiger!!

The produce sales are also good. Bananas bunch 1.69 , regular price ,love the PJ's. Used to buy my uniforms for work ,always fun patterns. Like the fact they do have plus sizes for men also at reasonable prices. Stay safe

Hi Miranda, I love how you support Giant Tiger by showcasing hauls from there. They really stepped up to the plate during the pandemic, trying to keep staff working and giving them enough hours to live on. In my son’s store, they even gave them a bonus for time lost to quarantines or vaccine appointments. They help so much with local food banks and smaller Canadian companies too plus the quality is great!. Have a great weekend!

Giant Tiger is one of my favourite stores! 🐅. I actually have 3 locations fairly close to me. But I don't usually get groceries from there. I love getting home decor, gifts, toys, clothes and cat supplies 🙂. My favourite place for groceries is Food Basics. Their prices are decent and they have really good sales!

I got a ninja foodie air fryer and grill. It is so easy to use and clean. Changed my life! I can cook something after work so fast! Never thought I would love any appliance this much. Try it from Costco 😉. If you don't like it return it for full refund. 😘 My husband who hates cooking even uses it. What a bonus😛

You like to do a lot of frozen foods they are fabulous in the air fryer. It would be be great for your kids to use as well. I recommend it highly!

What with us Canadians...lol...When I was a child we use to order Pop Shoppe and a truck would delivery it to our house. It came in cases of 16 I think but they were 1 liter bottles..ah the good old days..Have a great day

Hi Miranda. Great grocery haul - always so much to buy with a growing family, especially with two teenage boys. The staff at my local Walmart are nice, it’s some of the customers that bother me. I always forget about Giant Tiger, but ours is in the downtown district, & some of the customers are less than desirable too. I usually shop at Superstore, but it gets so busy there. Giant Tiger always has great deals, they just don’t have room for a big selection. I absolutely hit them up for freezer restocks though! I get a lot of clothes there too-trendy stuff for reasonable prices, plus clothes for kids who are just going to ruin them. Lol (does it sound like I have boys? Because I totally have boys. 😉😉) Those earwigs are WILD! I’ve never seen them like that! I’m so sorry, Miranda! I know how much you hate creepy crawlies! Hey Miranda. GT has good deals usually, the pop shop takes me bake to the 70's when they had a outlet store and there pop was sooooo good. Target probably would have succeeded if they came in slowly, they came in too big, too fast and never got there distribution/shipping/vendors in order and secure first, they were always out of stock and looked empty, especially in Ontario where I am. I’m a big fan of Giant Tiger. I love that they have a variety of things....food included. They have good sales on a lot of stuff I buy and it’s not so crowded. You can’t go wrong with all that you got for $150. I’m gonna try those wings. I love those taquitos topped with Salsa,Shredded lettuce and sour cream. Soooo good 👍 I’m the same I hate grocery shopping but love food and fun shopping. Hahaha Total flashback to my childhood eating the Charleston Chew. Me and one of my cousins were addicted to them and would put them in the freezer first. The chocolate and strawberry one was my favourite but I don’t see them around anymore. Just the Vanilla. I shop in GT every month. I’m a “once a month” grocery shopper. I do buy fresh fruits & veggies in the middle of the month if needed. I’m the opposite of you and find comfort in having everything I need on hand rather than shopping frequently. I know it saves me money too, on all those impulse purchases. Thanks for sharing your haul. I can’t remember the last time I had Pop Shoppe. My Dad always had cases in his bar fridge. Boy… that is dating myself… no one has bars in their basements anymore. Giant Tigger does have great deals on groceries. Grocery shopping definitely is a chore, I dread it all the time. Hope you evicted the bugs for good! Yuck!

Ok, if u like chicken tostitos, pls give Irving, yes, Irving gas station a try. They do hotdogs and tostitos , I'm not a fan of it but my friend Rachel lovvvvvves them, they are deep fried and she swears by them. I dislike Walmart , I shop Aldi or our local grocery store . I do like Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Oooo I wish a Charlston chew bar when I was a child, the longer the lollies last the better 😋 it’s perfect kid candy ❤️👍🍭 Fun camping snacks too. Totally agree trying new food is the best especially when you discover something delicious. In oz companies are always bringing out new flavours with chocolate blocks, ice cream, biscuits, chips and lollies. Flavoured milk 🥛 is going through this, we had pineapples (Allen lollies ) flavoured milk, s’mores, cinnamon donut. **nestle chocolate bar’s - Peppermint crisp, chokito, red skins, fantales, Jaffa’s. Australia doesn’t have the large variety as the US though what it does have is really good. Winnie the lil bug detective 🕵️‍♀️ 😁 👍

When ever I can travel again I would love to visit you all and show you quick an easy mexican food. But with this pandemic and mine and my mom's surgery it hard when it say. Can't do Giant Tiger. Just can't. I WILL make exceptions on rare occasions; I've purchased black out curtains, onesies, a hammock chair and Glad freezer bags. That's it. Can't stand the place. I'll take Walmart over GT any day. They just don't have the room for having as much in stock either. On the odd time I've tried to buy something on sale, it's all gone anyway. So yeah, no thank you!! I loved Target. I still mourn the loss of my favourite place on earth!!! 💜
