I have to say this is impressive! That sentinel is the best one out I’ve seen in any capacity. The detail on him is top notch. Rogue, however, kind of kills it. I have the SS Rogue and she is a beauty and so finely sculpted, unfortunately this Rogue has a soft/sloppy sculpt especially as seen on her jacket lapel and collar. They crotch scares me! Haha. I have to say Mr X, it almost looks like you have a Sentinel bust with a Rogue add-on. Just my opinion....I am totally jealous and would love to own this. Major congrats. By the way, that turntable is next level! Thanks for sharing.

Definitely a show stopping head turner John. Absolutely epic in scale with so much to look at. Have to say, there’s probably only one headsculpt I would display with it and it’s your #1. I’d definitely recommend taking whatever alternate sculpt you like the hair the best, and sending it off to either be repainted or dremmeled and resculpted to bring out the feminine features. Regardless, it’s still a beautiful piece. Congrats buddy!

Is this a statue of a sentinel or rogue? Lol. Seems like the focus in on the sentnel. All these customs seem to focus more on the HUGE bases . Big ass sentinel heads and hands .. this is over the top .. the rogue dont look good .. And I dont think they are scaled correctly.. from the comics I've read... these sentinels are way to big..

@@chuckandimeforeve It's not that his portraits are bad necessarily... Franco is excellent... It's just my subjective opinion that his style with regard to human faces isn't very good. Again, just my opinion. Thankfully--while not perfect--his Wolverine portraits are the least offensive. Also, his masked Wolverine portraits are terrific... mostly just the unmasked ones that suffer.

OH MY GOSH. Now that's an XMen statue, that thing is massive. From the moment i started this video I thought that this was the perfect sentinel piece, except that I couldn't stop looking at the portrait, like you said they were some-what manly but after seeing it for a while and seeing the one that you liked on her I think it looks great. To me this would've been the perfect statue had the face sculpt and paint on the face been a little different but other than that, I'm really impressed with it. Great Review!

It's a beautiful story. Sentinel head and rogue are amazing but to displaying it is a hell not only for size but to appreciate head and rogue at the same time. Sideshow portrait are million times better but the detail on every single inch on this custom is fantastic

Nice Sentinel statue with a Rogue base. I had no idea how huge this would be. The Sentinel is awesome. Rogue is a miss unfortunately, don't like the face, the boots, and the costume looks like it's actually bodypaint, especially around the breast (you have some green paint in her hair on one of the portraits). The jacket looks great. Overall an impressive statue. With some changes on Rogue this can be one of the best statues ever.

I recommend you look into getting the portraits re-painted. While the head sculpts still aren't great, a better paint job especially around the eyes will make a massive difference.
