The burgers might be room temperature but they are very high quality. We literally saw him prepare the meat from the carcass. So the taste will overcome this fact. Source quality of the beef is more important than preparation as long as it is hygienic. Considering they used the while bull, even the good cuts, I'm sure it was fantastic.

Come on really. You've ruined an entire animal for this? Putting meant in to a freezer without protection will make it loose all the fibers and nutrients. This is called freeze burn. But the worst part is that you've started cooking the meet immediately after taking the burgers out of the freezer, wile they were still hard. Well lets take aside that cooking meet this way can lead to bacterial contamination, but the worst part is that this will for sure make the patties soggy, tasteless and just bad. The raw onions in big sliced in the end was the final smack down for them. I rarely comment and even really I flame so much, but this was disrespectful to the animal, and this is coming from someone who's not an animal activist. At least you're making some donations to the ones in need, but don't forget to treat properly meat as it might cause food poisonings, especially with burgers.
