What I find funny is that the people here distort the facts or they are not paying attention or have completely forgotten. The Giants are horrible but if you think finishing last will get them a top QB quarterback in the draft, think again, the 2 top QB's are not franchise saviors and certainly rank way, way below the 3 QB's from this past draft. Trading for a QB might be a better way. By the way, I am not saying you have distorted the facts. This was a general comment about overreacting to losing Saquon and X. If Daniel Jones was playing well , and he got hurt in week 12 or 14 they would have paid him the 23m last year. They didn't want to pay the 23m because he is not the guy. Mara clearly got involved hired a coach and gm and made them keep Daniel Jones. Normally a coach and gm get their own quarterback. So again this lands on ownership! Poor ownership decisions. Now he is left to only fire them because he is not going to let them pick their own qb because then he would have to give them another 2 or 3 years.
