JS is a Worst Gm than DG.. signing Jones because he strung together 7-2 record with weak stats Was a predictable disaster with anyone with a brain. That’s Jones only winning record over any 5 game stretch in his career.. after that 7-2, He went 6-20..

Wink and Barkley gave the 2022 team enough wins to make the playoff and they played a terrible team in the Vikings. Wink knew the deal and left, they tossed the OL coach under the bus, player moves were horrible and they had to over pay Kafka to stay. It's as clear as day, GM and HC are terrible. Look at how their cast-offs are playing around the league. You can't fool the players and their play speaks volumes about the HC. STOP giving Mara your money and it might get his attention.

The Ny Giants management, leadership and on field strategy have failed. Every game is a demonstration of managerial incompetence, Daboll and Schoen have produced the worst record in the league. There is no redemption here, no track record of success, my god who gets to keep their job after such mediocre performance? Who would hire someone like this? (Saquon's Stats tonight 255 Yards, 2Touchdowns), he fuggin outperformed the ENTIRE GIANTS TEAM! Schoen made an absurdly wrong strategic decision and is not being held accountable for this mess! Sign me up for this, I would love to constantly make mistakes time and time again and still get paid his salary. Lets be clear John Mara your failed judgment is a constant thread here. If the fans were shareholders you would be fired. You immunity from accountability makes it pointless to support this franchise. You decided on hiring, McAdoo, Shurmur, Judge, Gettleman and Schoen. Your poor leadership tells me you didn't earn your title, you just inherited the role from daddy and relied on the competency of others to drive past success. Either you (MARA) have no idea on how to run this franchise OR you failed to create an environment that empowered incredibly talented people for success. Either way this is on you. I do not plan to watch or attend a game. Why should I waste my time? Shout out to these players who have spent their entire lives dedicated to their craft, you deserve better leadership. There are 30 other employers (Dallas sucks just as much) go find a franchise like the Eagles, Steelers, Ravens, Chiefs, Packers ... who do everything they can to field a competitive product.
