Yes, it's water vapour coming out of the plant. This is regularly monitored as part of our quality management processes.

I'd rather use plywood any day. As earthquakes have shown,Plaster boarding general flogs out and it bracing compromised, Not to mention the disaster of the management of FB who in good times still manage to be the biggest Muppets on the NZX😂
