Which height should the anchors be at the tree for a longline?? I tried tightening it but the line still touches the ground in the middle. Or have I been not tightening it enough?

You will have to adjust the height according to the lenght. To start, we would recommend you to set the line at knee height over 5-10m and slowly increase the lenght and height with your progress.

Rachets dont work the teeth on them wont grab got it not long ago couldnt even use it once maybe i got a faulty one but it didnt work what soever couldnt even get it set up and the line was fraying out of the box

I just got this line too and I had the same problem-- the teeth on the ratchet don't lock in place. Was setting it up for some stoked new-timers, so we were all a bit disappointed :^( I'll reach out to y'all on the app too tho
