I had to cut out a large chunk of this video unfortunately though because one of the microphones' connections was loose and my mic touching sounded HORRIFIC -- RIP. But we salvaged most of it! Please look into earthing, check for magnesium deficiency.., cbd oil, L theanine.., wim hof breathing method... tried all of them and currently sleeping grounded.., doing the breathing method.., supplementing magnesium glycinate and cbd oil have improved my anxiety alot.., i'm not a doctor so always check with your doctor for supplementing and i hope any of them help...
