As for me, I was searching for a video by a personal trainer friend about 3 years ago and stumbled upon her personal trainer video (posted 23 August 2018). Hi gibi! Not sure if you’ll see this but there are chances! I have a comment suggestion, Try rubbing or tapping on a matte ornament it’s literally the best thing ever. I just was looking at my Christmas tree (Yes ik weird) But then I look at the matte ornament and grab it and tap on it and I was about to fall asleep to my own actions lol.
