They're apparently "Video Chapters" that Google rolled out in april. I also only started noticing them recently. Seems they aren't added on old videos.....Which makes me wonder if they are added manually by Gibi/Vest (who does the uploading?).

@@psilorder86 if you type then in the description , it will do it automatically. That's probably because most timestamps on videos throughout the years followed that format.

I actually have to vary between idk why. Some days if I'm not feeling asmr I will require music. but if I'm not feeling music I require some asmr but if I dont have either I cant sleep. Fun fact nobody asked for: back when I was 6 years old I used to always sleep to a movie or music. So basically my entire life I've only been able to sleep while playing a game, watching a movie/tv, asmr, or music
