It's pleasing to know according to Maritime Law, my 12ft rowboat has the right away over AZZAM should we ever find ourselves on a collision course. Take that AZZAM!!

Love the design of Azzam.It's design makes it look smaller than it really is, those windows are huge on the decks and that is what does it I think.

I was actually going to charter both those boats this summer but my benefits cheque was 2 quid short so had to abandon the idea.

Propelled by pump jets as well. Must be 1 of the biggest boats on the planet to use them.

That is not a superyacht. At over 585 feet it is an ocean liner. I would love to see someone do a complete video tour of the interior. AQUAHOLIC! Where are you?

At distance, she has an unsurprisingly similar profile and bow shape to the WWII battleship Bismarck (minus the weapons, of course). German naval architecture repeating itself. What a clean, elegant design.

I can't believe she docked in the port. That dock was covered with metal too, how did they get the owner and the crew past all that crap littering that dock?? I would have anchored outside and used the tenders for docking. Love the off-white color, same as Dilbar. I had a Chrysler 300 the same color, they called it Cool Vanilla Creme.

You truly see how long Azzam 180m is, Nords 142m and huge af, Azzam is over 125ft longer 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️..

I think this yacht is too long on the bow. It has a relatively short stern and “play area”. The massive bow section seems like a lot of wasted space. IMO 😎👍

The long bow is for speed (look up displacement & hull speed) and to store the helicopter. No different looks wise to a long bonnet (or "hood" to Americans) roadster. Do they also look too long?

Apparently the term "gigayacht" is now a loose term for bespoke vessels of this size and scale.

A cruise ship carries multiple passengers (or "guests" as they desperately call them. Not in my book. A "guest" doesn't PAY to stay) under separate tickets. A yacht carries the owner and his guests (actual guests) or a group of passengers all chartering it together.
