Thanks! It sucks I don’t own either of those guitars anymore. Had to offload gear recently due to an emergency. Miss them both.

Honestly I couldn't hear the difference except for maybe the feedback at the end. I have a PRS Bernie Marsden and three Les Pauls so I understand that the PRS feels a bit smoother. I just don't hear much sonic difference in this example though. Peace!

Thanks for the comment! The phone didn’t fully capture the tone differences, but if you listen to it again with headphones, you can kinda tell. Again, thanks for watching! Sad I don’t own neither of those two guitars anymore.

I know nothing about pickups but l love the sound of the PRS. Good review, and that's a great solo... not easy... And I'm like you, I can't more takes then what I feel ahah if it's not perfect it means it's realistic which for me is good. I thought I had subscribed before, but did now ;) keep it up my friend

The PRS sounds great as well. For GnR stuff, I prefer the Gibson, but those vintage voiced pickups on the PRS do handle high gain very well. Stay tuned for some heavy stuff with the PRS!

Tune your guitar please.

I remember checking my tuning before recording, but the video was uploaded after a few takes. Doesn’t sound out of tune to me, but maybe I’m tone-deaf. I did mention that some of my bends were a bit sharp on the PRS. But thanks for your feedback.

Maybe you tuned to standard and GnR often tunes a half step down
