You know what? There's nothing wrong with a gift card. I've heard it said money is so impersonable. Not true. Getting someone a gift without really knowing what they really want is so impersonable. Give them a gift card and let them get what they really want! The one down side is, they figure how much you like them by the amount you give them. I usually just throw a 20 in a money card.
