Failed smart city, earlier plan was of commercial towers right at the riverfront but now they are selling the land to residential projects right at the heart of gift city, forget skyscrapers airport authority didn't even allowed 150 meters buildings. Also artificial lake and then riverfront haiiiii? jab riverfront hai to uske just same artificial lake matlab koi sense hi nhi ban rahi city ki.
