Reby it's been a hard week and I had a mental breakdown today, actually it was fine until today but this is dk visually calming and tingly. I've been waiting for the no talking since yesterday actually so I could listen to this when I'm tryna sleep. It's just the first 2 weeks of sku and I'm already mentally drained 🙃 I asked my homeroom tchr for help and I'm gonna find him tmr (we're actually close like we have a relationship dynamic similar to an elder brother and younger sister dynamic) I hope I can get over this!!! I will also ask god for help. I just discovered that im a super control freak and I set unrealistic expectations for myself and I need to achieve perfectionism. I can't get rid of that idk how but I literally just discovered the problem today and it's been going on for SO LONG. And I usually panic the day before something important bc of this shit and I'll usually cry about it. I get really scared about these honestly.

I think perfectionism does contribute toward anxiety. I understand what you're going through a little bit. Through the years I've had to learn to let go of perfectionism, peoples good opinion of me, and so many other things. I hope that the mentor/teacher can help you figure this out. In any case, I think some of the perfectionism comes from your cultural background. There is much competition in your country. Ask yourself, "what is the worst that can happen if..." that is something I used to do to help me face into my fears. What is the worst that could happen and will I survive? How bad is it or really? Those are just platitudes and probably aren't very helpful. But if you decide to really write about these things and answer those questions in earnest, I can tell you that they are very useful and helpful to relieve anxiety. It has always worked for me. Let it go, let it go, let it go. A mantra to live by. Let go and let God have it all. Much love to you, Tiffany. 🤗🙏🏻❤️
