One rubber band can hold it all, and use a wrap sleeve with water tie with another rubber band on the bottom,that is it, when customer comes , wrap with wrapping paper, you wasting too much material for a $15 bouquet

Overkill on paper and tape. If it is used for a presentation bouquet I would say fine but otherwise it would be a waste of tape and paper and time in preparation.
