I’ve always added a dab of butter to my jam pot when cooking and it helps reduce the foam. 😊

Did I miss how long you process this in the steam canner? Is steam canning processed at the same amount of time as water bath canning? Thanks for sharing this! Going to have to try it!

I process them in a steam canner or hot water bath canner for 10 min for half pints and 15 min for pints. 🙂
