You forgot to mention that at UFS the minimum period in which to obtain the MBChB qualification is five years fulltime study, and also that MBChB program applications close very early during the year, meaning that those who want to apply need to do so as early as possible, this includes writing your NBTs early.

Please dont do chemical Engineering, there are limited jobs for chemical engineers. Also dont do Metallurgical Engineering, its more specialized....I would advice you to do Mechanical Engineering.

@@killab5952 I didn't mean to offend you...just giving my 2 cents as an engineer...mechanical engineering is broader, it also include metallurgy. you can work as a metallurgist with a mechanical engineering degree. What if you dont like working as a metallurgist after finishing your degree? with a mechanical engineering degree, it will be easier to change to another specialization. Just think about it...
