You're just supposed to register at what ever varsity you got into. The uni will send the academic data to nsfas themselves, as for the financial data but I don't know

Hey there, your question makes absolute sense. Well as far as I know accepting an offer does no harm(is only significant for securing a spot) the important thing is registration. You should ensure that you register with only one institution so as to avoid dual registration and after registration NSFAS will receive that info from your institution, you do not have to send anything to them. Provisionally funded is good, with being unable to register check if there are any outstanding docs or maybe something missing while registering. Hope this helps
