There's a pinball museum with a flat rate to play in Seattle Washington, a huge pinball museum near the airport in Las Vegas run by nonprofit with some of the oldest pinball and other mechanical machines still in operation and many are still just 25 cents to play. There's also a mechanical museum near Pier 39 in San Francisco with a working model of a Ferris Wheel made out of toothpicks built by prisoners at Alcatraz. Some older video games and pinball machines there as well.

I can vouch that The Pinball Hall of Fame (Museum) in Las Vegas is a VERY cool place! BONUS: No guilt about dropping endless quarters into the machines, like when I was a kid! The Pinball HOF retains enough money to keep itself going, then donates the rest of its revenue to local charities.

There’s Cidercade Houston in Texas that is very similar. I think entrance is like $12 per person and if you buy the refillable cup, you can get all the pure sugar cane house made soda you want. Plus, it’s not too far from Galveston cruise port 😉
