Hi, my name is Victoria and I'm a Mummy of two girls, Lilly (11) and Olivia (4) from the South East coast of the UK and am engaged to Liam of 16 years. I have been documenting my story on here for around 12 years.

Yummy dinners as always. As a parent, the hardest thing is figuring out ideas for what to cook for the children everyday especially when they're fussy. Well done to you! You keep the dinners varied and interesting for the girls and for yourselves. By the way,is that raw mushroom on Olivia's plate?

I love mushrooms and I never thought they can be eaten raw. I'll try them next time I buy them. I prefer raw veggies to cooked mostly, like carrots, turnips, parsnips, cauliflower...But I simply thought mushrooms were like potatoes and they had to be cooked/roasted before eating😅

I remember my Mum putting raw mushrooms 🍄 in our salads as kids
