Hi Blane, she has pre-nodules and was advised to rest for 2 months. As you already know, a lot of singers get nodules. They just need rest. Surgery is only for those that have severe cases & hers is not the case. She and the band have been touring non-stop in the Philippines, doing concerts back to back. hi blane. love your rv's of gigi de lana. yes it is true. she announced on one of her local gigs ... when she asked the audience to sing along with her and told them her voice wont last forever and she needed to rest it after having been diagnosed with throat nodules. we hope and pray she will recover soonest. ❤❤❤
