Thank u for your Gigi Vibes bonus tracks ❤. Just so u know, Gigi's mom passed away last week after battling cancer for 4 yrs. Gigi is an only child & was raised by her single mom. They were very close. ❤ 🙏

To give u some background about the band, they were a wedding party band for 10+ yrs. During the plandemic, they became very broke, no gigs. Lockdowns in Philippines went on too long. They decided to do livestreams from a garage which ran 2-3 hrs, 3x a week. They would take song requests. Gigi's mom was already sick at that time & she was trying to earn money to pay for her treatment. They only had a few viewers initially, but 3 yrs later, they have 2.15 Million subs. All hard work paid off. They moved out of the garage into a new studio late last year. They just finished a 13 city US & Canada tour, & I was blessed to see them live in New York.

When I arrived in The Philippines 🇵🇭 in 2022, I saw 👀 a mural of Gigi de Lana on a skyscraper in BGC. Through the Fire 🔥. Original singer is Chaka Khan. 40 years 🎂 since her version was released. Produced by David Foster. Written by him, the late Cynthia Weil, RIP, and Tom Keane. David Foster was in Manila in March 2023. He played piano 🎹 as Morissette Amon sang this song. David Foster and Morissette Amon will perform in the USA 🇺🇸 in June 2024. Piano 🎹 in the Dark 🌙. Original singer is Brenda Russell. Produced by Brenda Russell and Jeff Hull.
