That hit hard... when I lost my grandma and couldn’t attend the funeral (different country) I used to call her phone too. She used to get people to prank her phone lots, as the ringtone was me yelling out ‘grandma, pick up your phone!’..... it’s been 5 years, the phone is obviously out off battery but still there next to her alter and ashes at her home......

Wow how fitting to have the memorial on 2/24/2020. #2 for Gigi’s Jersey, 24 for Kobe’s, 20 years he played and 20 years he was married. Awesome. God is speaking to many in their own individual language though this tragedy.
@annamariamann93684 жыл бұрын
Bailey Solano Most definitely, this tragedy is a call from God. Life is fragile, be grateful to God first, then to your loved ones, and last, to everyone who’s helped you. Kobe and Vanessa Bryant are an example to all of us. May God give Kobe, Gianna and their 7 companions, eternal rest.

Kobe Bryant .... great basketball player. One of the '5' greatest of all time in my opinion (and I'm a Celtics fan for almost 60 years). But even greater than his basketball talents was his role as a loving, dedicated father. To youngsters Black , Brown, or White .... let Kobe Bryant be your example not the hooligan, bad mouthed, disrespectful so called artists of the day. God bless you Kobe, and Gianna. And may you and the other 7 who lost their life in the crash R.I.P. 😞✌❤🤲🙏

@christian Williams ...... DEFINITELY very close to his Airness. It is fairly well known that Kobe took so much of his game from Michael. 2nd, Kobe had a big man in Shaq that MJ never had. 3rd, as fine a ballplayer as Pippen was I firmly believe Michael made him a great player and the cast around him too became better players (Kerr, Grant, Kukoc, and the rest). I think as a life long NBA viewer, almost 60 years --- whew 😜, that's what made MJ the better player than Kobe. MJ, BIRD, MAGIC, COUSY, CLYDE FRAZIER, STOCKTON in my opinion were guys who elevated their mates nightly. Just my opinion.
@LordofDublin44 жыл бұрын
@christian Williams .... I agree with you 100%. Kobe worked tirelessly like the greatest ones do in their respective sport. And he had that intense desire to win like MJ, BIRD, and MAGIC had. For the sake of our discussion here I'll give you my top 15 roster in the order of greatness.................. 1.) Jordan, 2.) Russell 3.) Bird, 4.) Kobe, 5.) Camberlain, 6.) Magic, 7.) Jabbar, 8.) James, 9.) Tim Duncan, 10.) Oscar Robertson ,11.)Olajuwon,12.)Dr.J 13.) Drexler, 14.) Jerry West, 15.) Karl Malone.

texas best because God said in the Bible that he never meant for humans to die!!! King Solomon wrote that God “has planted eternity in men’s hearts.” (Ecclesiastes 3:11, The Amplified Bible) Human death 💀 is a direct result of our first parents (Adam & Eve) turning their backs on God and turned to our enemy Satan. (Gen. 3:1-5)Even with all of that sorrowful 😞 start. Mankind has huge potential!!! Why would a God of love want to see humans die a premature death, without a hope for a future life...He hates our last enemy death Death!!! And he promises to “Swallow up death forever” in the near future...then by means of an earthly resurrection, we will experience the greatest potential of all our previously dead loved ones. This is God’s promise contained in his words the Bible. The Bible is God’s letter to mankind about what happened to us at the start and what he and his son Jesus Christ is planning to overturn the curse of death we all now live under...yes very soon the “sting” of death will be no more...find comfort and hope in those promises and the pain will dull...read it here: wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/102007442?q=eternity&p=par#h=13
