I haven't thought out a top 5, but Airborne is definitely at the top of my list. Retro Duke was a welcome surprise, especially after seeing the head sculpt they were rocking in the original renders.

No Techno Viper or Night Creeper mention? You are right @5:48 raised a great point. I think all of us as fans can agree this year 2024 Hasbro has seemed more distant from the fans than usual. Even that so called Yo Joe June just seemed lack luster. 2025 may be a bit slow to see all those renders/vehicles/leaks we’ve seen. Maybe CLAW sneaks into a January order and Spring release. We’ll see. I think they’ll have a drop around the birthday month. I have hard time with top fives or tens. I have enjoyed every Classified release but I can single out groups or groupings. Retro Coco/Duke/Scarlett/Beachhead are just great. Other retro figs were cool in the troops with the blue being best of the retro troops. Retros are fun to have. Doc and Torch are sweet updates. They have elements of the 80s looks with a kick. To me army builders are strong in Nightcreepers, Iron Grenadiers, IG Bats, and Techno. Loved the 60th figs with Sniper being my fave. Very excited to reunite Bazooka with Alpine and Quick Kick. Those three I enjoy so much I have doubles. One set to ride my scratch built Skyhawk and the other to pose around in pics. The crazy figs were great. I like Nemesis. His creepiness works for me. I’m able to get the most out of the articulation so I dig him. I also love the cephalopod and bat thing as separate creatures he uses. Once a Man is insane. I wish the little snake monster had more articulation points. VAMP/Stinger and Ferret/Tiger Paw are fun. The Wild Bill and Dragonfly are so much dang fun. I love the Twilight Guard and Steel Corps Commander. Such a fun surprise. I’ve enjoyed so much and look forward to continuing my favorite line in 2025 however it comes. I’m anticipating a leaner year at least at first. Hasbro is going through big changes. Moving away from movies and investing in gaming. Changing their headquarters and probably rearranging assets abroad. It’s going to be interesting. I’m very happy with what I have so appreciating them and not being focused on new figs may be healthier than a push to 200 figures/offerings from Classified.

If the Iron Grenadier's helmet stayed on better (and he came with an uzi), he'd be my top. The 60th series rocked. Doc was a surprise to me. I loved that figure (even with his bendy bed).

2024 was definitely a great year for vehicles. We have more 1/12 scale vehicles added to Classified series then we did back in 2020/2021 where it was just two motorcycles that were unfortunately exclusive to scslper island. The Rattler looks freaking amazing and Wild Weasel looks very cool but I'm very satisfied with the Haslab that arrived this year, the Dragonfly and the four figs included, Wild Bill, Glenda, Night Force Ripcord and Crazy Legs. The Retro sub-line has also been improved that I'm almost want to collect this line too even though I try hard to stick to collecting only the modern figs. My personal favorite Retro would have to be Cobra Commander with the vac metal mask. My favorite 60th Anniversary figure is the halo jumper because of the large amount of accessories included and the camo makes him look like hit n run. Raptor was a plesant surprise, didn't expect to be this amazing because of the jetpack and now I can see why people were snagging him from Target for $10.49 while it lasted. Both Vamp and Stinger sets are great for shelf space when the Haslab vehicles take up too much space when displaying my collection and Iron Grenadiers (troopers and bats) are now my new favorite army builders. Battlefield accessory for the Dragonfly I would want to see is a drop cage with wheel indents for the VAMP, RAM, and MMS, with a sky patrol figure (I think one was a cargo load master or some such thing) or a the rapid deployment force. characters I’m still looking forward to are Lightfoot and Voltar, my first 2 Joes I bought.

It's always hard for me to decide because I'm always adding Gridiron Loadouts and or busting out the paints and adding details Hasbro fails on. However, if I had to choose straight out the box regardless, my top picks would be Airborne, Torch, Doc, Snow Serpent, Retro CC and the Iron Grenadier.

Great recap. Overall, I would grade classified for 2024 as A- or B+. I loved the character selection but just some minor issues that slipped through the cracks that should never (stinger blast effects, misspellings for torch backpack and ferret). Prior to their classified release my most wanted was Storm Shadow v2 and Nemesis Enforcer. 😢 Despite their flaws, I’m okay with them. But was initially disappointed with both. My top 5 would be Retro Cobra Commander and Duke, Raptor, Big Boa, Iron Grenadier.

4:06 You neglected to mention how disappointing Retrocard Stalker was. Bad weapons, missed opportunity, and he obviously would have looked better with a DARK GREEN BERET!! What the hell is the problem with giving us 2 Berets so we can choose?!!! 😠 Damn it!! It's SO SIMPLE! One little thing! That's why I emphasize this issue, it's not a big thing in order to make everyone happy!! But there are bigger gripes. YOU'RE RIGHT, BEE, they should have given him a jet pack like in the cartoon, and the correct weapon!
