I wasn't sure of the rifle seeing it in photos, but getting an up close view, it looks a lot like a TAC-50. Love it. Can't wait for this figure.

Great looking figure but he can't hold his rifle to save his life. The engineering restricts him from holding it in a practical position like shouldering the rifle. No one shoots that type of rifle from the low ready or hip.

I just got this figure today as well! He is a great incarnation of the classic 80s figure maybe better by contrast. However I don’t think we even need a retro and if we got one, I feel they’ll just do some minor tweaks that will bait in the more retro leaning GI Joe 6” collectors but this is a solid figure all around. Seeing him with the hood off makes me think about the John Carpenter horror classic “The Thing” too though. He could even double as a MacReady character hahaha Anywho great review. Sounds like he’s a hit with you also.

Just received mine today! One of my fave Classifieds for sure. (fyi..one end of the straps on the backpack, for the skis, unplug, so you can put the skis directly in, rather than try to slide then through. They peg back in easily and securely.

I had a Sgt Stalker V2 as a kid. With the Kayak that had the little sidepiece attached. I was pretty much into the water GI Joe stuff. Had an eel Shipwreck and the Devilfish. I would love to see Sgt stalker in white jacket and with his accessories matching arctic. Obviously having the Kayak. And I'd really like to see a Devilfish. If Hasbro made that it would make my day.

Really hoping for Iceberg, Frostbite, and especially Tundra Stalker deluxe with the kayak. Would like to see an arctic themed Alpine as well, maybe borrow some cues from the IDW Cobra Civil War kit.

Tundra Stalker is a great figure & would really be cool in Classfied. I never thought of an arctic Alpine. That sounds nice.

@@jjmuse75 The team could really flex their creative muscles on that, it would be entirely new but also entirely in-character given his specialty. Also, there's a cool story in the Cobra Civil War series by IDW that is about Iceberg and Alpine conducting an arctic assault and info gathering mission. He looks pretty cool, if a little plain, and it could be a strong inspirational base for building the aesthetic.

I thought the same thing, the good ol original 70' GI Joe, specifically the red bearded "Sea Adventurer" which I owned as a kid. We could also use Rock'n'Roll as the blonde Air Adventurer ! Now we only need a brown bearded Land Adventurer. Good memories !

Just got mine and the quality control is terrible on these. Almost all accessories are badly bent, I was excited for this figure but extremely disappointed with what I received
