I saw someone put this thing together on another channel and was holding my breath as they pegged in that chin gun. I like that it's a ball socket so it has some range of motion, but it seems like a really obvious point of failure. Think I'll sand down that little ball and add a touch of shock oil when I get mine just to reduce the stress during assembly.

I still have the Teli-Viper file card and it's not a gun. It's a jamming, and anti-jamming device. It shoots out radio waves.

I think I'll heat up the chin gun a little before I peg it onto the ball. That should reduce the chance of stress marks.

All your observations I saw too. The chin cannon is a bear. Both of the ones I opened have stress marks. My dog bone attachments had to be glued in to keep from falling off. The two pegs on the bubble do not peg in on mine. I really like all the heads included. I bought four as I wanted two of the VR helmet guys and one of each skin tone. I’m probably done with Televipers. I made my own flight stands but they are pretty finicky. They work to take pics but not the permanent display item I wanted. I’m happy with my purchases. I think $30 for the flight pod and $25 for the figure are just about right. I’m hoping after the VAMP they make a FANG. I think you’re right. Hasbro has seen there is a big demand for Joes so they are going to open the flood gates.

@@jigsawnora3207 I got the names confused. I meant a stinger. The fang is a one man helicopter with no cockpit canopy. The stinger is basically a vamp with missiles on the back.

Grwat review. Had the same issue with flight pod canopy. It looks like the peg is slightly longer than the hole, so I just took my wire cutters and just trimmed off about a millimeter of the peg and it fits just fine now. Keep rolling out the great reviews!

I've been waiting for your review ❤❤ never noticed the stress marks on the gun until i just looked. but one of the handles have a stress mark from putting it in a hand maybe it was mezco destro didn't notice until i put coco on a officer body on it

Hasbro Pulse sent me an email asking me how do I like my Trubble Bubble and to leave a review. Problem is I haven't received either of them yet. They shipped it a hour before they sent me the stupid review email. The must have fired a lot of people that work on that website and customer service. I get emails months after I get my Joes saying they have been shipped. They don't update the website letting me know what has been properly fulfilled or waiting to be shipped. They are a mess over there. Anyway, great review and I should actually get mine around Monday. I think it's a sonic type weapon. I only seen one other review and his Bubble didn't close either. Also you have a pleasant voice. Yo Joe!

I got two, got them in yesterday. All in all, they're pretty cool. One sort of missed opportunity is that the robotic head, looks incredible on the Cobra Trooper or Officer or even the Viper. But the peg hole is too small. You'd have to dremmel it out; I might do that. It's weird how Hasbro changed the peg size on the heads as a way to halt kitbashing.

I found that if you swap the missile pegs on the opposite side it will stick much better. The front gun develop stress marks on my first one, but in my 2nd one i put it in hot water before i attached it and did not get the stress marks.

Both my trouble bubbles have the same issue w the canopy. I called pulse today and the guy told me that in their system it had not been flagged as a known issue.

I think if/when they do a retro card TeleViper, they might include the text goggles as a way to differentiate them from this release. At least that’s how I would do it to get more mileage out of it. Lol

It's a great looking set. The purple and blue uniforms look spiffy and the alternative heads are a nice touch. Seems overpriced though.

Mainly bought it for the bubble only because I didn't have one when I was a kid lol not saying the tele viper was bad, but could've easily sold for 44.99 and we just got a python patrol repaint Trubble Bubble

I was able to get 2 Trubble Bubbles and I really want to get one more so I could display all 3 with each of the seperate head hasbro provided with this set but they sold out before I could purchase the third I wanted. I had the same exact issues with the glass dome in which it doesn't closes to create a secure closed seal... That gap is visually annoying 🙄. Moreover I had to heat up the ball peg joint to attach the chin gun but it still wasn't a easy task. I also couldn't find a way to carry the mine in the flight pod which is a shame because that would have cool. I'm pretty sure will could attach a pair thin magnetic onto the pod and mine to allow it to be carried on the Trubble Bubbles. I can't wait for hasbro to sell the figures by themselves Hopefully the head pegs are compatible so we could attach the 3 heads sculpts we've gotten

I have got the same problem just like you same side doesn't close and that is an issue in my opinion because it should close! The same problem with the python trubble bubble!!! Same side. It just closes on one side!!! How to solve it?
