So sorry to hear about your mom. I hope she has a pretty speedy recovery under the circumstances. Haven’t been here for a while. Dealing with a hubby with Parkinson and Dementia-very tired by the end of the day. But hoping I can get back in the swing of things when time permits. Have been missing your tutorials Gi. I love these and they great way to do something and relax. TFS.❤😊

Prayers for your mom to continue on her recovery. In a couple of days it will be the 2nd anniversary of my mom's stroke. She is doing good. The only thing she doesn't do now that she did before is drive and that's more vision related. Please remember to take care of yourself as you take care of your mom. TFS! Hugs from South Dakota, USA.

Simple and easy is a good thing especially since the holidays are just a short time away and life gets hectic. Great for confidence building for beginning crafters and generating ideas for more advanced crafters. Rather than generating new ideas videos, consider updating older videos or adding/refreshing older ideas. Many of are new so older ideas are new to many of us. 😊 I took care of my mother for the last years of her life while working a full time remote at home job. It was totally exhausting for me and frustrating for my mom to be dependent on someone else for all her needs. It wasn’t always easy but I do not regret the experience and would do it all again. Take it 1 day at a time and celebrate the small daily victories. I hope you mom recovers quickly! Bright Blessings to you, your Mom, Andy, and the rest of your family.

So glad to hear you Mom is doing better. My Mother had a stroke, much worse than your Mom's. Be patient. She will continue to get better with time. It takes the brain a while to heal. Give her lots of positive encouragement. Be thankful she just had a mini stroke.

Hi Gi, I'm so glad to hear that your mum is recovering and is on the mend. It is such worrying times for you, and you are so kind to share your time with us. I love your tutorials, you're superb at explaining things to us. The tags are so beautiful. It's sad when people discard beautiful, hand-made tags etc isn't it. I always keep home-made things because it means the person has put some thought and love into it. The tags are so simple, but really effective and pretty aren't they. Thank you for sharing these with us. You take care, and I pray that your mum goes from strength to strength. Val, xx

Blessed update on your Mum, Gi. Here in USA it is Thanksgiving Day. Tradition for our family, I set the Christmas tree up, we put our Thanksgiving on the back of the tag and hang them on the tree. I save them with the Christmas cards. This year I printed your Friday Freebie Christmas bells. With your news, I will add a bell of Thanksgiving for your mum and family. Thank you for all you share with us. You are all in my prayers.

I know exactly what u mean about ur mind is everywhere. I tended to all 4 parents (mine & my hubby's). It is physically & mentally exhausting, but I would do it all again in a heart beat. The most important advice is to look after ur self too. The tags r sweet. A grand way to use up scraps. Keep well & remember to find time for fun. ❤ 🇨🇦

I’m with you on easy right now. The pressure is known to me and it is pressure when it’s your parents. It’s good to take a small amount of time to just take your mind stop and enjoy. Take care of yourself as well. Happy she’s making progress and praying you all will overcome this. God Bless

Thanks for taking time. Time for you, very important to have some time besides taking care of your mama. Probably she will recover, the best way to help her is by aktivating her brain, because nearby braincells are able to take over the damaged part, but they need exercise. In my family everyone had to do with this. From severe damage till light damage, and it was a helpfull information. I had a small one did it myself, took a couple of months till it got better . Still, when I get realy tyred, I realise my left part of the body, doesn't react as it should be, but no one is able to see it, I concentrate on it, till I'm home, take a good rest and everything is okay again. 6 years already. The important thing is, not to panic or give up. That way you can live as normal as possible, some more some less. Good luck and keep a clear mind, stay positiv , both of you.

Adorable! Right now I can think of nothing more then simple...perfect! I want to take a minute to say how beautiful your gift of time and love is for your mother. I’m just recovering from my third hip replacement as my femur broke after my second one. In spending most of the last five months recovering I can tell you, for me anyway, our sanity is intact only through those that can show us love in some way. You sound like a wonderful daughter! Kudos to you and Gods speed to your mother’s healing. 🥰

Simple but wonderful, Gi. Thanks for sharing even though you are going through so much with your mom.💕💕 BTW, I have noticed makers pronouncing Taperlogy a few different ways and not being really confident about it. So earlier this week, I went to their home page and right there, they have the pronunciation spelled out. LOL. Guess a lot of us needed help. Anyway, it is "tay-per-luh-gee." Who knew? 😉
