@@N_navyhis advice is for f2p who saving for event banner tho. so ofcourse to key one copy, blue Charlotte is way better at that time than 1 copy of F. Any character will fall not only blue C. At least at 1 copy for f2p, blue C is somewhat useful for them.

I have no regrets picking S3 Charlotte. The investment you need to put in Fuego is insane when there's better unit that does better shit at lower investment.

Either Hateful Fana or Magna if you wanna profit off the burns, but you'd need Fuego's skill page for Fana to do so. You can also just use Fana and Mereo in a mono green team, so even if you don't have the skill page for Fana, she will still be able to perform extremely well.
