@@Nayvixs Yes. Every new characters gets limited Rate Up summons but later gets added to general pool once their rate up banner is gone. Only characters that don't get added to general pool are Festivals ( Black Asta, Valkyrie Noelle, Spirit Dive Yuno, Dorothy, Fire Spirit Fuegoleon, Mereoleona, Julius, etc ) and Secre is not a Festival character, she is just a new character ( like Witch Queen, Light Grey, Light Finral, Blue Rhya, etc ).

And even then banner itself will have text saying "LIMITED RATE UP SUMMON and LIMITED MAGE RATE UP". 3. While non limited banners has "NEW RATE UP SUMMON and DROP RATE UP".
