I think it's supposed to be "and all your empty words will spill out in daylight" at least that's what I hear. good job though

@@potionseller357 yeah ur prolly right. i think the lyrics were the improvised part here, so they’re hard to interpret.

@@severalcasesofstairs gonna agree but i think you did a good job interpreting it regardless. would be awesome to see this song be made into an actual one in a future album and hopefully it'll retain that same emotion or tone in it.

@@potionseller357 hey! i actually found out some new info. the lyrics were completely improvised and dan doesn’t remember them, he told me that in an email. but, some of the lyrics were actually taken from nahvalr. specifically, “i sink and they ramble” is actually “isaac and abraham”. that lyric comes from the opening to chorus of blasphemes. the whole second verse is just that song but re worded. also, the opening lines are taken from the song “blood flood”.
