Might wanna try out a DE razor, it's a lot cheaper than cartridges, efficient close shave, doesn't give you ingrown hairs and doesn't cause much irritation at all. It does have a little bit of a learning curve but i never looked back since converting to DE Razor.

And you are correct. I’ve been shaving my head for 30 years I used shaving cream but for the past 12 to 13 years or more are used just pure conditioner keeps the head nice and smooth good for the skin, no irritation, and even after that, wipe it off and Tyers rose witch hazel amazing for aftershave

SkinGuard is a great razor!!! I prefer the Gillette Exfoliating Bar 5 blade, Labs razor. I use it daily.... but I do rotate my SkinGuard to keep any irritation to a minimum. If you do two passes with it, it will cut very close.

What is your shaving routine with this? Shower first, then shave? Shave with the grain first and then against? I'm in the UK and had a Cut Buddy shipped over and it has been the best product so far.

Been shaving my head with the Leaf Razor for almost a year now and I’m honestly burnt out on it! It’s crazy to me to see all the people commenting on KZbin and other places how great it is. It’s borderline suspicious. I’ll say this. It’s good. That’s it. Economically works in the long run I suppose for for saving money on blades, but it is difficult to not find a shave influencer out here that hasn’t seemingly been bought out by Leaf. I have been struggling with irritation lately and just can’t find the right blade between sharpness and comfort. Getting off of the Leaf train for a bit, I need a break. Going to try out the SkinGuard.

I've tried a lot of different ways to shave my head. I was using the Remington Balder Pro and went to the Leaf razor. It's been a game changer for real. I use all 3 blades and love it.

hey brother about the hair conditioner instead of shaving cream it honestly really helped me my head isnt red like that and i dont cut myself with it i noticed that shaving cream i end up cutting sometimes thank you brother

King Gillette has the same refill cartridges (razors for neck shaving) that will fit on the handle and they are cheaper. It is the same company

Have you tried the Leaf Razor? As a head shaver, it has completely changed my life. Absolutely the best, most irritation-free, close shave ever. And the blades cost pennies since they are standard DE blades, and are completely recyclable. Would love to see a review and hear your thoughts on it. Keep up the great work!

nice! you really have to try Tomb 45 green shave gel it's great with less irritation too! Andis foil shaver is great too almost as close as a razor on the head or face with far less irritation! Thanks Greg

Hey Greg, great video. Does it matter what hair conditioner you use to shave? And do you use conditioner to shave your head as well? My wife has several conditioners. I rather not buy It if I don't need to. Maybe I should just experiment with them and see which one works the best. Or do you recommend one that's the best. By the way, I just shaved my beard off after well over a year of having one and my rosacia kicks my butt from shaving my face. It's funny my rosatia only bothers me when I have no beard at all and I shave because when I have a beard and shave the cheek line and the neck line it doesn't bother me. My face was burning for over 2 days after I shaved my face. And I use the Mock 5 blade. I use it for my head twice a week (like you) and for my face when clean shaven and cheeks and neckline when I have a beard. I hope shaving with conditioner or helps my rosatia. I know I said a lot but thanks.

As far as the conditioners go, just make sure to stay away from really cheap stuff. They tend to be more water than anything else. Most conditioners are actually pretty good, though. You might actually want to try this razor, it’s so much easier on the skin. I t should help.

Great video. Back in late 90s Gillette had a two blades and it was the disposables and also the Gillette precision with two blades. I use now on my head, Gillette Pro glide, which is also like your Harry’s razor five blades and one straight line in the back of the cartridge for straight lines for your beard lining up. been using them forever and if I’m not using that I’m using my cutthroat razor, but I like the Gillette Pro glide the best but Gillette will put stuff out there with a new name but it’s all the same thing the two blades Gillette sensor with the two blades back in the 90s now it’s Gillette Pro glide five blades, then Gillette Pro glide max or whatever it is they all do a good job

Try the leaf razor 🪒 give it that chance will change your game. Just make sure you put some good blades like astras or Gillette platinum. You save so much money over cartridges that is crazy. Good content tho sir keep up the work for us bold fellas
