I love the dinner where they're eating fondue and picking dancers. Just cause it's so lighthearted and Emily was really laid back and having fun with the girls. I loved moments in the show where Emily would relinquish her control and have fun and be in the moment vs her normal demeanour.

Alia I think it was more about what she deemed as an appropriate maid for Richard and her. After all, she has the same maid throughout the entire four episodes of "A Year in the Life". The best part is, the maid could barely understand Emily, or visa versa, because she had a pretty thick accent.
