It's fascinating how far the tendrils went. I know of at least one additional- Six Feet Under, when the daughter and her significantly older mother visit some other mother/daughter who seem closer than they are. The other pair are obsessed with GG. Like Scrubs, it was a contemporaneous show, which is especially impressive. It was not a highly rated show in it's original run.

While the HIMYF script does an amazing job at copying the pacing of real Lorelai & Rory dialogue, it's a bit disappointing that literally all of these felt the need to name their reference explicitly. He says he's been trapped there since that morning, then he realizes he's been up there for several days and he says "Aw man, I missed Gilmore Girls!" SNL 1 ... I think it was Kirsten Dunst hosting? I have a memory of her and some other people playing ... dancers? ... who couldn't focus on what they were supposed to be doing? At some point they start talking about Gilmore Girls. I have a memory of Dunst saying, "I hope Lorelei finds happiness!" Granted, I could have dreamed this all. :) SNL 2 ... Maya Rudolph and a dude. I think Maya was trying to talk seductively and the man ends up screwing up the mood somehow. So Maya gives up on the two of them doing anything sexy that night and she says, "You want to just watch Gilmore Girls?" ... And that's all I got.
