I believe you are talking about dirt inside the pipe. Generally in many applications like Sea Water intake/ Sewage Application / brine solution dirt or slurry is part of medium.. hence an accuracy deviation is very less. Infact if installation is done properly then it is negligible. Yeah, you have to make sure the water flowing through should not be filled with heavy particle. It may damage the liner inside the sensor.

Is there any reason why totalizer 2 looses data when power has been removed or the head is removed but totalizer 1 doesnt loose its data

Regarding your calibration point. You can verify the flow values with flow verificator. In case you just want to tweak a bit + or - percentage of flow, then you can do that in service menu ˃˃˃˃ Correction Factor then enter the desired percentage.. Make sure u r doing this properly, as any change in percentage will also change it in flow outputs... hence, your plc/controllers will also behave in same way...

i want to ask for help… about siemens flow meter mag 5000/6000… how to set/trimflow m3/h..for example..my pump is 1200m3/h… i want to set it to 1000 or 900m3/h… how to make it… set that where to use on mag 5000/6000fm. one more question… what when I turn off the pump reading is not zero… even 30.7m3/h… how do I want zero again… thank you very much.

How do we get pulse output from TX, we have taken digital pulse to a digital counter omoron hc7x, when flow meter running am not able to get pulse o/p. Used 1 volume /pulse and with pwm of 520ms
