Quick question. I just got the smart xe and whenever I choose 60fps, it does not record at that frame. In fact, lots of inconsistency. When checking the properties I’ve noticed that it never records at 60fps but 44fps 33fps, 30fps, 58.7fps, it is never 60fps. Am I doing something wrong?

Only issue for me on my iphone 12 is I can't get the zoom to go to 0.5X ont the GImbal's app, seems like 1X is the lowest, anyone able to get it to 0.5?

How to make the phone go vertical , and stay there . and I assume this follow things doesn't work when its vertical. I was hoping you will show it here but no , so basically it didn't meant to be for vertical shooting I assume ? This will be so sad cause moat of the time its vertical recording for story's and tiktok . now I'm sad 😢

I was wondering the same thing, I literally bought it for vertical content!!! Now when I watched the tutorial, they demonstrated using face tracking while vertical so I wonder if we're doing something wrong???

Thanks, It would have been nice to test all the options or how to use the app! I scan the one on the gymbal and it send me to a page only on chinesse and i was so worried about virus but I uninstalled it as you show a different one

I just had the same issue. I just did a little bit of force then it poped open. I was super scared to just use extra force incase I broke it but did not. I used force and it opened I just uses a bit of force and everything will be ok
