1- Do not use a self made brush, but use the standard brush acrylic 1.
2- Unsharp mask is now called sharpen.
3- Change the cartoon filter values to your liking.👈👈👈

I can't tell you why that does not work with you ofcourse, but I am sorry about that. You might want to try this tutorial: kzbin.info/www/bejne/raWnXqB4bZdpaLM Here we use the standard brushes in Gimp. Good luck!

@@nuranieka1047 I believe there is an issue on windows wee you need admin permission to save into the brush folder (I may be wrong) but the work around is to save it somewhere else, e.g. desktop and then manually copy / move the brush into the brush folder.
