GIN X 250W & 500W crossbar settings:
- P01 - Backlight Brightness
Value: 3 (1 = Low, 3 = High)
This sets the brightness level of the display.
- P02 - Unit of Measurement
Value: 001 (000 = Kilometers, 001 = Miles)
This selects whether distance is displayed in kilometers or miles.
- P03 - Voltage of Battery
Value: 48 (Depending on battery specification, usually 36 or 48 volts)
This sets the system voltage to match the battery.
- P04 - Display Sleep Mode Timer
Value: 4 (in minutes)
This controls after how many minutes of inactivity the display will turn off.
- P05 - Pedal Assist Levels
Value: 005 (Options typically include 003, 005, 009)
This sets the number of pedal assist levels available.
- P06 - Wheel Diameter
Value: 27.5 (set according to your wheel size, typical values are 26, 27.5, or 29 inches)
This ensures the speed and distance calculations are correct.
- P07 - Motor Magnet Sensor Type
Value: 1 (for 250 W), 6 (for 500 W)
This setting adjusts the sensitivity and response of the pedal assist based on motor type.
- P08 - Speed Limit
Value: 25 (0-100, set according to local regulations or preferences)
This limits the maximum speed the motor will assist up to.
- P09 - Throttle Enable/Disable
Value: 0 (0 = Throttle active from standstill, 1 = Throttle active only when bike is moving)
This setting controls how the throttle responds.
- P10 - Controller Operating Mode
Value: 2 (0 = Pedal assist only, 1 = Throttle only, 2 = Both pedal assist and throttle)
This determines how the bike’s motor is controlled.
- P11 - Motor Phases
Value: 1 (Typically set from 1-3 based on motor configuration)
This adjusts motor power phase to optimize performance.
- P12 - Controller Current Adjustment
Value: 5 (Typically 1-10, adjusts power output)
This fine-tunes the current output from the controller to the motor.
- P13 - Pedal Sensitivity Setting
Value: 12 (Range usually from 1 to 20)
This adjusts the sensitivity of the pedal assist sensor.
- P14 - Start Mode Settings
Value: 12 (Varies, usually for starting torque adjustments)
This can adjust how quickly the pedal assist starts when pedaling begins.
- P15 - Controller Power Limit
Value: 39 (Commonly set between 20-50, depending on model and legal restrictions)
This sets the overall power limit for the bike’s motor.
- P16 - Odometer
Value: 40 (Shows total distance traveled by the bike)
Used to track the mileage for maintenance or curiosity.
