Wish Franziska had more screen and script time... I didn't like her character at first, but she really grew on me. Sad that she was always on the sidelines. Congratulations to this actor for her excellent work! And she's very brave for being willing to do scenes without clothing... I'd almost rather die first. I thought they had some interesting stuff in the first two seasons. Seeing their whole relationship develop and sharing secrets with each other and discovering time travel, of course Magnus' brother and father go missing so he had some dramtaic moments. But I feel like in the third season they really just forgot about those two. They're just background characters following Jonas/Adam, and the alt young ones just kiss. Really a shame

I disagree to a point about both, they brought sincere love to the series, and also we can catch a lot of details about these characters between the lines, which is more interesting to kind of "look for". Magnus is kind and thoughtful for a teenage boy, considerate of others' feelings. Like when Martha and Catharina fight he makes sure to tell his mom Martha doesn't really mean it that way, then hugs the mom. He lets Martha sleep in his bed to comfort her, he genuinely wants to know Franziska as a person. Also, from the way he bangs the wall when Mikkel disappears we see how he represses emotions, and doesn't talk much about his grief, except some with Martha and Franziska. He follows Franziska, that shows insecurity and curiosity. I think that it's okay to let some characters remain simpler, it doesn't mean they lack depth just that they are different in what they pursue, it's realistic. That being said, I would have loved more scenes with both of them in the show. 😊

Have to say so far, Top 3 English Speakers from Dark cast from what I've seen are in order of fluency would be (1) Gina - this interview proved it lol, EDIT: Just saw a video with Lea van Acken aka Silja and wow, she's almost on par with GIna so now she takes (2) spot pushing Maja Schöne aka Hannah Kahnwald to (3) - definitely shocked me when I heard Maja speak English in a HeyUGuys interview a few years ago with Jördis Triebel aka Katharina Nielsen. Special Mentions go out to Louis Hofman aka Jonas Kahnwald & Lisa Vicari aka Martha Nielsen who's great as well.

The best part of these interviews is reading the comments of natives from English-speaking countries amazed at foreigners' proficiency. On average, we learn English since a very young age (sometimes 6 or younger, other times at around 10). Not that surprising people speak English well xD

I wouldn't say that, there are more examples of europeans speaking with the accent from their countries than without it. We don't even need to go very far, Lisa Vikary has got a strong german accent and struggles a bit with vocabulary. The actress who plays Katharina too. I think this one's english is good to an impressive level.

Every country learns English at that same age and not everyone's English is good tho, especially in Asia.
