Here's what you need:
1 large Banana Blossom - thinly sliced
3/4 cup white vinegar
3 Cups Water
1 Tbsp rock salt
1/2 kilo medium size shrimp (or prawns if you like)
2 1/2 cups pure coconut milk
1 thumb size ginger, cut into strips
6 cloves garlic minced
1 big onion, chopped
4-6 pcs. green chilli
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fish sauce (optional)
2-3 siling labuyo, chopped (optional)
