The most memorable for me was during ampalayo era, I think that was a championship game when dondon ampalayo had fever and playing with high fever after the game he was rushed to the hospital, I forgot who's won that game.. Of course Jaworski is the heart and soul of ginebra thats the reason why there's millions of fans still rooting for ginebra until now ...

That was in Game 5 of the 1988 All Filipino Conference against Purefoods. It was a best of 5 Championship series. They won the championship. Dondon was rushed to the hospital right away because of the flu and did not make it to the victory celebration.

Been there since the 1st championship in '86. My favorite one is recovering from back down 3-1 against Shell with that game 7 finale drive by Rudy Distrito to finish it. Was there live at ULTRA arena. Current best years are with coach Tim and with JB32(6-0 wins in finals appearnce) right now.

1991 championships was the best for me vs shell. Come from behind against Formula Shell and the final shot that won everything was Rudy Distrito’s desperate layup. I remember that like it was yesterday. You can literally hear our neighbours screaming of Joy!!!

Yes sir. They did it with Bobby Parks. Pero hindi po counted yun dahil 2 selected PBA teams lang po (Anejo & Alaska) ang kasali at 2 invited US and Australian teams. At short tournament lang yun, halos isang lingo lang. Unlike po ng ibang invitational conferences (1977-1984, and 2003), kasali po lahat ng PBA teams kaya counted sya as official Championship. Another one where TNT is the champion was in 1998. Although all PBA teams were included, it was just a pocket tournament created for the preparation of PHL Centenial Team, and the championship was a 1-game only, kaya hindi rin sya counted. That time, pinahiram lang ng SMB si Parks sa Anejo dahil short tournament lang nga siya. And it was also in this tournament nadiskubre ng Alaska si Sean Chambers, who Played for the LA Team. Salamat po sa pag-nuod at pag-comment.
