I tried abit if bottle digging a few week ago but I’m not really sure what I was supposed to be looking for 😂 i did find a lot of shoes though and ink wells, have you got any tips/vids on stuff i should be looking for

That sounds about right mate shoes and inks have u found any Ash if its just soil its probably worth digging deeper see if you can find the Ash

@@crusaderdanbottledigginguk oh I didn’t really dig that deep, only maybe a foot or so, I wasn’t sure if I need permission and stuff like that. And what does the ash mean mate Does it indicate something decent or ?

@@jimferry6539 what it was mate when they dumped the bottles etc there was always a load of fire Ash small pieces of charcoal in it as well that's usually when you know your deffo in a tip when you see the Ash. Like the tip I'm on at the min u have to dig through about 4ft of soil then u get to the ash and that. A probe is a good thing to try out a long piece of metal with a handle you push in to see if u can feel it crunching. I might do a video about that actually that could help
