Emily does look prettier in real life than she did in Ginger Snaps, they probably had to do her makeup that way or with no makeup at all. She did play Eunice in She's The Man who is nerdy. She looks really young here. Now she is 40 & still looks young. She seems like a sweet person.

I love this girl and this movie! I'm a guy and it speaks to me. I always wonder at the end of Ginger Snaps though, what if Ginger was never bitten, but Brigette still refused to kill herself? What would happen to their relationship? Would Ginger go crazy, would she hate her, or would she eventually accept it and stay alive and enjoy herself? I know it's only a story, but someone in the world must be like these girls. These movies rock though and are one of the best series ever I think.

tho Perkins, is portreted as the more uglier sister in the Ginger snaps saga(not that she is ugly in the movie but , Isabelle stands out more with her looks) IMO in real life she's better looking than her co-player Isabelle. Somehow she always plays the ugly one or the outcast, but she's actualy very beautifull.

I don't know why the sequel didn't do so well in the eyes of critics. Yeah it wasn't as good as the 1st, but it was still great! It's not like it dropped Ginger completely either. It was a little closer to the standard type of horror movie, but it was still better an very clever I thought. Great acting by everyone especially her.

True true. She would have been great in Twilight. But instead she's always stuck in stuff like She's the Man and Another Cinderella Story (which luckily had Katherine too). I know she likes to play comedy and she can always make the role work, but she's still bigger than movies like that. Still it' always a treat to see her. She and Katherine are good in even the worst films and I manage to be able to watch them for them. Ginger Snaps was good though. Like one of the best I think.

It's because she is a great actrice and many people got to know her when she was 13 in Stephen King's IT. It also has to do with the roles she mostly plays and ofcourse the Ginger Snaps Trilogie made her a bigger star. Emily Perkins is also a really bright and smart person with her own opinion. It is just a joy to see her speak about her career and whatever she likes more like in this interview.

Emily is in her early 30's I believe and Katherine is 25-26. Love both of them and all the movies. I wish Katherine had an interview for some movie though. Although it took alot to get her to do this one. I thought both were great as usual even though the series becomes a little more plain horror than clever puberty/horror. But they can make any film good (so I'm even gonna try to endure Another Cinderella Story for them).

Plus, the fact that the second movie doesn't fuck up in the way most sequels do: it doesn't copy the first, doesn't try to do too much and fail.... it just progresses the story and creates fridge horror along the way:)

Every movie? No - but a lead/support role leading up to sequels. She's done this Ginger Snaps for a while, would have been good to see her in Twilight or even Harry Potter as one of the good witches that fought the death eaters in Order of the Phoenix. Something of that sort - let her build up and get handed more roles to her. Such a fox!

I know! Whenever I talk movies with people I try to bring it up, but usually I just get a blank. Except once when this one guy just proclaimed it as "disturbing and wrong". Oh well his loss. Still apparently the film became popular worldwide. Fans are just very spread out and alone at times. Well hey it's kinda what the movies themselves deal with though so it's okay.

Heh well maybe I wouldn't necessarily KILL someone, but I'd be willing to go to great lengths to meet them. But watching her in movies is fun too. It's just too bad she hasn't gotten as good material and people don't really know who she is in the U.S. as opposed to other actors. She was in Juno for a second and She's the Man and got back with Katherine for that Another CInderella Story, but I can't really like the writing in that and She's the Man as much. She makes them watchable though.

I REALLY have thing for her and Katherine. I mean I'd commit murder to meet them. I'd jump off a bridge if they ere at the bottom of it (I' prefer with a parachute cause I'd like to be alive and talk to them). I really can't get enough of them after this series. I mean I know I'd never be able to get to go out with them or anything, but just to meet them and have a 5 minute conversation would make me the happiest person in the world! I just love them!
