I am so broken hearted! Cinnamon was my go too to bring out my creativity! I can’t imagine how you, John and the children are feeling. My heart goes out to all of you! In honour of Cinnamon she will never be forgotten since she was the one who inspired me to get back to painting! Im 63 and came across her 3 years ago and haven’t picked up. a paint brush since I was a teenager and I owe it all to her! She inspired me! She gave me the confidence that I could do it and my art is confidently displayed throughout my house! I can’t thank her enough! Ginger & Jon, so sorry to hear of Cinnamon passing. She was not only a fabulous art teacher but also a wonderful kind human. She cared about the earth and all the people on it. I started to try to learn to paint in 2020 when we all had to stay home, I was delighted to find so many free painting tutorials, The art Sherpa channel caught my eye because I was wanting to find paintings to try that weren’t the typical paint and sip type. I was so pleased with my first art Sherpa painting, I thought it looked so good, it gave me confidence to try more and more. Her channel also led me to yours. Cinnamon sure left us a lot of lessons to paint ❤. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family during this very sad time.

Ginger and Jon - and all of Cinnamon's dear Loved Ones - I am so shocked... Just heard late last night about your beautiful daughter Cinnamon. I watch both of your art tutorials regularly, have also been watching the ones I missed in years gone by, before I became a subscriber, and I was just about to purchase some art supplies from both of your stores. In other words, both you and Cinnamon have become a very pleasant and significant part of my life - and my Art Journey -- I just cant believe it... I was looking for "Part 2" of her recent "art tutorial" demonstrating her "still life" painting - "grapes, wine and a candle" - and it did not commence at the time it was supposed to on the evening of December 10th. I had an instant foreboding that something was very wrong. - Cinnamon's warmth radiated through her classes, along with her incredible artistic talent. - "Be kind to yourself, and be kind to others". Those frequent words of hers soaked into me. - I know we never met personally, but I feel I have just lost a friend. A very lovely friend. - I will light a Candle for her and say a Prayer - and for all of her Loved Ones as well. - Lynda

I was so sorry to hear about Cinnamons passing, she was one of the first artists that I followed when at the age of 62 I decided to learn to paint. Ginger it's been a while since I've commented but I am still around.,I'm so very sorry to hear about Cinnamon. She was the first person on KZbin that got me painting. I've been following y'all for years now and as many feel we know y'all and love y'all very much! I lost my son a year and half ago and it breaks my heart you have to go through this too. Know that you are in my prayers. She was a very special person and beautiful soul. I wish I had the words but there are none, just know you are loved and in many peoples prayers as are the entire family.
