Ginkgo Biloba Pre-Bonsai Care & Info

This tree is truly one for any collector. They are often called a living fossil because they have been around for millions of years before the dinosaurs. There is even a tree in China that is over 3,000 years old! The leaves turn a vibrant shade of yellow in the fall and and are used the world over for medicinal purposes. The tree is also impervious to fungi, most pests, pollution and can be planted in just about any type of soil out there. To have a ginkgo tree is to have a piece of history that has remained unchanged for millions of years!

Help my gyncko won't grow, it has been a few months since it sprouded, but its just stuck at two leaves.. I repotted it about a week ago although it seems to be doing worse now since the leaves are turning a little yellow now. I was thinking of putting it into sphagnum moss since it's roots we're not really significant, but I thought it might be too soon to put it in a different soil again. Do you have any tips? Thanks in advance :)
