Ginnie Springs | July 2020 | vacation | summer fun | camping

Spent two nights camping at Ginnie Springs near Gainesville Florida. We enjoyed the outdoor getaway and the beautiful waterfront campsite. I had hoped it wouldn’t be too crowded after the 4th of July holiday and I was correct. The springs got pretty busy from the day users, but plenty of campsites available to choose from. We picked a nice campsite that had some straw already laid down from a previous group, nice and soft! Set up my van and the Slumberjack screen tarp. We tubed, we swam in the clear spring water, we cooked some good food, and we relaxed by the fire. All around a great little get away from work.
